Vikram Vedha Film industry Gauge Day 2: Shows a 25% leap on Saturday; gathers. Rs. 13.50 crores
The Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan film, Vikram Vedha, took a sluggish beginning in the cinematic world on Friday. In the wake of gathering Rs. 10.58 crores on its first day of the season, the film has seen a vertical swing on its subsequent day. A few patterns and test examination demonstrate a leap in the scope of 25% to 30% on Saturday, with early gauges falling in the scope of Rs. 13.25 to 13.75 crore. The two-day complete of Vikram Vedha remains at approx. Rs. 24 crores and it will focus on a few days of Rs. 40 crores.
The increase has occurred in the multiplexes, while the mass belts remain in the same range as the first day. Multiplexes are up by 35%, while mass centres, or single screens, are down by 5-7%, bringing the growth percentage to around 25%. The increase in metros is encouraging in the long run, but Vikram Vedha must consolidate this growth on Sunday as well.
Another increase on Sunday, followed by a healthy trend, will put the film in a position to maintain low levels for the next few weeks until Diwali. Vikram Vedha's goal with this zone of the opening should be to hit a century in the long run, as that would also put them in the category of respectable business, even if the final outcome in all aspects would remain low.
Vikram Vedha reports in critics and the audience is fairly positive and this does infuse some hope of sustenance in the long run. The opening is low, and the second-day business is also low if we go by Hrithik Roshan standards, but it's not entirely a lost battlefield yet.
